dc.description.abstractEl presente documento recopila lo realizado durante el desarrollo de una experiencia de realidad virtual que permite operar y visualizar el estado de un motor y variador de velocidad del laboratorio de Automatización de máquinas de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Para ello fue necesario construir en primera instancia un entorno virtual que lograra reproducir el espacio del laboratorio, posteriormente se realizó la programación de algunos elementos dentro de la experiencia, buscando implementar dinámicas que facilitaran la interacción y atribuyeran realismo a los dispositivos que permitían la operación del gemelo digital. Por otro lado, se elaboró un programa para operar los dispositivos físicos por medio de un controlador industrial, y tras realizar una investigación sobre herramientas de comunicación, se utilizó Node-RED y el protocolo de comunicaciones WebSocket para crear una conexión entre la aplicación desarrollada en Unity y el PLC. Finalmente se probó la experiencia de realidad virtual en el laboratorio y se logró manipular con éxito los dispositivos ocupados. (Texto tomado de la fuente)spa
dc.description.abstractThis document compiles what has been done during the development of a virtual reality experience which allows to operate and visualize the state of a motor and speed driver from Machine Automation laboratory of Universidad Nacional de Colombia. To do this, firstly it was necessary to build a virtual environment that could reproduce the laboratory space, then, it was done the programming of some elements belonging to the experience in order to look for implementing dynamics that could become easier the interaction, and give more realism to the devices which allows the operation of digital twin. In other matters, a program was done for physical devices operation by means of an industrial driver, and next of carry out an investigation about comunication tools, Node-RED and comunications protocol WebSocket were used to create a conection between the application developed in Unity and the PLC. Finally, the virtual reality experience was tested in the lab and the devices under study could be manipulated successfully.eng
