Resumen
En el trabajo se reporta el proceso de síntesis mediante la técnica de reacción de estado sólido de las hexaferritas SrCo2Zr2Fe8O19 (SCZFO) y CaCo2Zr2Fe8O19 (CCZFO), además se presenta el estudio de las propiedades estructurales, eléctricas y magnéticas. Ambas hexaferritas presentan propiedades ferromagnéticas y la de estroncio también exhibe un comportamiento ferroeléctrico mientras que la de calcio presentó un comportamiento dieléctrico.
Abstract. In this work the synthesis process by the solid state reaction technique of the hexaferrites SrCo2Zr2Fe8O19 (SCZFO) y CaCo2Zr2Fe8O19 (CCZFO) is reported and the study of the structural, electrical and magnetic properties is presented. Both hexaferrites have ferromagnetic properties and the strontium hexaferrite also exhibits a ferroelectric behavior while the calcium hexaferrite has a dielectric behavior.
