Resumen
Se presenta un análisis de la normativa colombiana en relación con las emergencias radiológicas, abarcado desde la gestión del riesgo general hasta las que son específicas para el empleo de material radiactivo. Con base en la norma se prepone un formato para la formulación del plan de emergencias radiológicas en servicios de medicina nuclear y que se ajusten con las recomendaciones internacionales del Organismos Internacional de Energía Atómica, planteando además la articulación con el plan de capacitación para el personal de tales servicios enfocado en la gestión del riesgo radiológico.
Abstract. An analysis of Colombian regulations regarding radiological emergencies is presented, ranging from general risk management to those that are specific for the use of radioactive material. Based on the standard, a format is proposed for the formulation of the Radiological Emergency Plan in Nuclear Medicine services and that complies with the international recommendations of the International Atomic Energy Agency, also proposing the articulation with the training plan for the personnel of such services focused on radiological risk management.
