dc.description.abstractDada la influencia que tiene la cultura organizacional ética sobre el comportamiento de los miembros de una organización y la capacidad que tienen los líderes de influir sobre el desarrollo, sostenimiento y transformación de dicha cultura, se reconoce la necesidad de vincular ambos fenómenos, dentro del contexto ético, a fin de entender mejor esta relación de influencia. Con este fin, se presenta la investigación aquí expuesta, en la que se elabora un modelo teórico que refleja cómo los líderes éticos, mediante la implementación de mecanismos primarios de incorporación, pueden llegar a influir en el desarrollo y sostenimiento de una cultura organizacional ética. Este modelo es luego contrastado con una situación real, mediante un estudio de caso cualitativo centrado en una organización colombiana. Los resultados permiten corroborar la mayoría de las relaciones de influencia, propuestas teóricamente, entre el liderazgo ético y la cultura organizacional ética. Además, se hacen visibles varias interacciones entre mecanismos primarios de incorporación, reflejando que funcionan de manera sistémica dentro del proceso de influencia. En síntesis, esta tesis refleja que, para el caso observado, los líderes de la organización, gracias a sus características personales, su ejercicio directivo y sus creencias e ideas propias, han contribuido a que la organización que lideran posea una cultura ética y que goce de los beneficios derivados de ella.spa
dc.description.abstractGiven the influence that the ethical organizational culture has on the behavior of the members of an organization and the capacity that leaders have to influence the development, maintenance and transformation of said culture, the need to link both phenomena is recognized, within the context ethical, in order to better understand this relationship of influence. To this end, the research presented here, developed a theoretical model that reflects how ethical leaders, through the implementation of primary mechanisms of incorporation, can influence the development and maintenance of an ethical organizational culture. This model is then contrasted with a real situation, through a qualitative case study focused on a Colombian organization. The results allow corroborating most of the influence relationships, theoretically proposed between ethical leadership and ethical organizational culture. In addition, several interactions between primary mechanisms of incorporation become visible, reflecting that they function in a systemic way within the influence process. In summary, this thesis reflects that, for the specific case observed, the leaders of the organization, thanks to their personal characteristics, their management exercise and their own beliefs and ideas, have contributed to the organization they lead have an ethical culture and that it enjoys the benefits derived from it.eng
