El intelectual, que lo es en evidencia, ha de tener bien calibrada la brújula en la continua búsqueda de la verdad y en preservar su talante crítico, en su obra esencial, bajo la misma convicción de Popper de poder aprender mediante la crítica, es decir, mediante la discusión racional con los demás, pero también mediante la autocrítica.
Abstract: The intellectual, it really is, has to have properly calibrated the compass in the continuing search for truth and to preserve its critical spirit, in its essential work under the same conviction of Popper, of being able to learn through criticism, that is through rational discussion with others, but also by self-criticism.
