Summary
Abstract. Psoriasis is a systemic, chronic, inflammatory and recurrent disease, with a consequencial impact in both morbidity and mortality of those whom suffer from it. PASI (Psoriasis Area and Severity Index) is an tool, which is used objectively, and is considered “the gold” standard to evaluate the severity of psoriasis. To Have Colombian dermatologists (with or without training) know PASI's results will allow us to know the importance and the need of the training in the application of this scale. We did not find studies that compare PASI's results between trained personnel and untrained personnel. Objetive: To determine the concordance of the result of PASI (Psoriasis Area and Severity Index) in dermatologists without training ,before and after, receiving training in the application of the scale. Compared with expert dermatologists with patients with psoriasis in the Hospital Universitario de la Samaritana between October 2015 and December 2015. Materials and methods: concordance Study, in which were included the dermatologists who were present at the workshop of psoriasis in the Hospital Universitario de la Samaritana during October and November, 2015. We realized determination of the coefficient of correlation intraclase to the punctuations PASI, as well as punctuations of the individual components of before and after training. Results 103 dermatologists attended. The correlation was variable in the pre-workout and post-workout, tending to be good, however, it is necessary to to bear in mind that the interpretation of the coefficient of correlation intraclase is subjective . No significant differences among dermatologists before and after the trainingwas found. Conclusions: A good intraobserver does not exist between dermatologists before and after their training. Keywords
