Terminales de transporte, nodos de articulación entre la ciudad y la región estudio de caso corredor Tunja, Duitama y Sogamoso

Abstract

Los terminales de transporte de pasajeros entendidos como infraestructuras nodales pueden desempeñar un papel preponderante en la interrelación entre los conceptos de transporte y territorio y que tienen la capacidad de generar o consolidar centralidades urbanas; diferentes estudios muestran la incidencia entre la localización de las infraestructuras del transporte y la definición de los usos del suelo, sin embargo, en Colombia se presenta una brecha entre el marco regulatorio del transporte y la planificación del territorio que en la práctica y en el caso de los terminales de transporte se evidencia en los conflictos en sus áreas de influencia que obligan a su relocalización generalmente en áreas periféricas y desde un enfoque sectorial, en un escenario futuro se trasladaría el problema a estas nuevas áreas de las ciudades. El presente trabajo pretende hacer una revisión y aproximación al papel territorial de estas infraestructuras nodales y su incidencia en la articulación entre lo urbano y lo regional, en ese sentido y teniendo en cuenta la complejidad del territorio se hace necesario abordar el objeto de estudio y desde el contexto multiescalar, multidimensional y multitemporal del territorio, con el fin de determinar criterios y lineamientos de localización implantación. Terminals for passenger understood as nodal infrastructure can play a big role in the interrelationship between the concepts of transport and territory and who have the ability to create or consolidate centres, different studies show the incidence between the location of the transport infrastructure and the definition of the land uses, however, Colombia presents a gap between the regulatory framework for transport and planning of the territory than in practice and in the case of transport terminals is evidenced in the conflicts in their areas of influence that oblige their relocation usually in outlying areas and from a sectorial approach, in a future scenario would be transferred the problem to these new areas of the cities. The present work intends to make a review and approach to the territorial role of these nodal infrastructure and its impact on the articulation between urban and regional, in that sense, and taking into account the complexity of the territory it is necessary to address the subject of study and from the multiscale context, multidimensional and multitemporal territory, in order to determine criteria and location implantation guidelines.
