En este estudio se encontró que la población educativa se ve afectada por la ausencia de energía en la región y su desarrollo académico se ve limitado. Con la intención de realizar un trabajo acorde a la problemática presente en nuestro país y a los potenciales presentes en el territorio a intervenir, se realizó una cuantificación de los potenciales energéticos en Colombia, se observó la demanda y el marco regulatorio e institucional que nos rige. Bajo estos parámetros se implementó una solución energética para las instituciones educativa. Por último, se plantearon las alternativas de financiación para este tipo de proyectos y se hizo una breve explicación de las metodologías que deben usarse para la presentación de proyectos de energización en las zonas no interconectadas –ZNI.Summary
Abstract: The initiative to develop this document arose through the inter-administrative contract 084 of 2015, in which participated IPSE and the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where I had the opportunity to participate in providing my professional services. The project aimed at identifying and structuring energy projects in the departments of Santander, Norte de Santander, Cauca, Chocó, Caqueta, Guainía, Meta and Guaviare. This was how the opportunity arose to carry out the final master's work in the Department of Meta conducting a characterization, diagnosis and energy solution to 116 educational institutions. In this study it was found that the educational population is affected by the absence of energy in the region and its academic development is limited. With the intention of carrying out a work in accordance with the problems present in our country and the potential present in the territory to intervene, a quantification of the energy potential in Colombia was carried out, the demand and the regulatory and institutional framework that governed us were observed. Under these parameters, an energy solution was implemented for educational institutions. Finally, the financing alternatives for this type of project were considered and a brief explanation was given of the methodologies that should be used for the presentation of energization projects in the non-interconnected zones (ZNI).Keywords
