Resumen
La evaluación escolar, es un tema de gran importancia y reflexión continua en el ámbito educativo, y es por esto que, en el presente trabajo, se aborda la evaluación de los aprendizajes desde el modelo de educación personalizada, tratando de establecer relaciones entre la teoría y la práctica, de modo que la evaluación sea vista como un mecanismo de mejora continua dentro de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Debido a lo anterior, surgió la necesidad de analizar las técnicas e instrumentos de evaluación implementadas en el Colegio San José de las Vegas en relación con la educación personalizada y como resultado del análisis se identificaron unas oportunidades para el fortalecimiento de la misma, apoyadas en la función formativa de la evaluación de aprendizajes, facilitando que cada persona pueda ir avanzando en su proceso de formación integral.
Abstract: School evaluation is a subject of great importance and continuous reflection in the educational field and this is why in the present work, learning assessment from the model of personalized education is addressed, trying to establish relations between theory and Practice, so that evaluation is seen as a mechanism for continuous improvement within the teaching and learning processes. Due to the above, there arose the need to analyze the evaluation techniques and instruments implemented at the San Jose de Las Vegas College in relation to personalized education. As a result of the analysis some opportunities were identified for its strengthening, supported by the formative function of the evaluation of learning which facilitates that each person can go forward in its process of integral formation.
