Resumen
La presente tesis busca realizar una aproximación a la situación de los derechos humanos en Colombia. En un primer momento se aborda la crisis histórica de los derechos humanos. Para ello se realiza una especie de modesta radiografía de la situación de los derechos humanos en la segunda mitad del siglo XX en Colombia. En un segundo momento, se escudriña el Archivo Nacional Constituyente de 1991 con la finalidad de encontrar algunos de los argumentos y razones más relevantes utilizados por los constituyentes para justificar la necesidad de que los Derechos Humanos fueran incluidos de forma taxativa en la naciente Constitución Política.
Abstract: This thesis seeks to make an approach to the condition of human rights in Colombia. At first, the historical crisis of human rights is addressed, for that a modest radiography of the human rights scenario in the second half of 20th century has been made. Secondly, theNational Constituent Archive of 1991 is examine in order to find some of the most relevant arguments and reasons used by the constituents to justify the need for the human rights were specifically included in the nascent Political Constitution
