Diseño de intervención desde la afectividad humana: una propuesta para fortalecer la resiliencia de personas mayores en situación de discapacidad y pobreza integrando al cuidador familiar principal

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es presentar un diseño de intervención desde la Psicología con un enfoque desde la afectividad humana, para fortalecer la Resiliencia de personas mayores en situación de Discapacidad (articular) y pobreza, a partir de los 60 años integrando al cuidador familiar principal. El diseño es una construcción interpretativa basada en los planteamientos teóricos de la Afectividad Humana propuesta por el Psicólogo Miguel de Zubiría; está conformado por seis sesiones que se aplicaran mediante una metodología vivencial donde se encuentra la persona mayor y su cuidador principal familiar, los cuales interactúan para realizar tareas que les permitan el desarrollo de competencias afectivas a nivel intra e interpersonal, partiéndose del supuesto que fortalecer la Resiliencia implica un proceso social e Intrapsíquico que posibilita bienestar en situaciones de adversidad, como el caso personas mayores en situación de Discapacidad y pobreza. El tema de la Discapacidad y pobreza en la vejez ha sido objeto de atención y construcción de Políticas Públicas en Colombia, desde esta perspectiva se hace un planteamiento para articular el diseño, con las políticas de Discapacidad y vejez actuales, como contribución para una posterior aplicación. El diseño aporta acciones que fortalecen el recurso de la red social y en consecuencia la Resiliencia, configurándose como un planteamiento innovador y de fácil ejecución que permea acciones de promoción y prevención enfocado a las Políticas Públicas. / Abstract. The aim of this paper is an intervention designed from psychology perspective, with focus on human affection, strengthening the resilience of older persons in circumstances of disability (joint) and poverty, after 60 years, integrating the primary family caregiver. The design is a interpretative work based on theorical ideas of “Human affection” given by the psychologist Miguel de Zubiría, it consists of six meetings to be effective through experiential methodology where will be the caregive involved and his/her primary family caregiver to interact and perform tasks that enable the development of emotional competence to intra and interpersonal level, assuming that strengthentening resilience involves a social process and intra-psychic well-being which will be possible in situations of adversity, as the case of older people disability and poverty status. The issue of disability and poverty in old age has been addressed and built as public policies in Colombia; from this perspective is an approach to joint design of disability policies and current age as a contribution for a subsequent application. Finally, the design includes well, it will be performed as one innovative and easy way which permeates actions of promotion and prevention focused on public policies. (Texto tomado de la fuente)
