dc.description.abstractLa obra “Manual de Colgajos de Perforantes de Miembro Inferior” es el resultado de un formidable esfuerzo de investigación literaria, permanentes disecciones anatómicas, y un registro detallado de las correlaciones encontradas durante las disecciones y los procedimientos quirúrgicos, dejando un detallado resumen de los principales tipos de colgajos de perforantes que pueden llegar a ser utilizados en un escenario reconstructivo de la extremidades inferiores, permitiendo igualmente que cirujanos plásticos tanto en formación como expertos que quieran profundizar en el conocimiento anatómico y de la técnica quirúrgica, puedan tener una guía detallada que les permita alcanzar las habilidades y destrezas quirúrgicas en el uso de estos colgajos de perforantes, específicamente usados en muslo, pierna y pie.
dc.description.abstractThe work "Manual of Lower Limb Perforator Flaps" is the result of a formidable effort of literary research, permanent anatomical dissections, and a detailed record of the correlations found during dissections and surgical procedures, leaving a detailed summary of the main types of perforator flaps that can be used in a reconstructive scenario of the lower extremities, also allowing plastic surgeons both in training and experts who want to deepen their anatomical knowledge and surgical technique, to have a detailed guide that allow to achieve surgical skills and abilities in the use of these perforator flaps, specifically used in the thigh, leg and foot.
