Implementación de una herramienta para el diseño de sistemas de iluminación.

Abstract

La aplicación de la ingeniería eléctrica debe cumplir una serie de políticas regulatorias que tienen como fin estandarizar componentes e instalaciones, logrando disminuir riesgos eléctricos y mejorar la confiabilidad y eficiencia de las instalaciones. En Colombia ha sido publicado y connotado de obligatorio cumplimiento el “Reglamento Técnico de Instalaciones Eléctricas – RETIE”, así también el “Reglamento Técnico de Iluminación y Alumbrado Público - RETILAP” logrando establecer los requisitos y medidas de obligatorio cumplimiento en sistemas de iluminación, cuyos objetos legítimos son: • La seguridad nacional en términos de garantizar el abastecimiento energético mediante uso de sistemas y productos que apliquen el Uso Racional de Energía. • La protección de la vida y la salud humana. • La protección de la vida animal y vegetal. • La prevención de prácticas que puedan inducir a error al usuario. • La protección del Medio Ambiente” Dado que el RETILAP es un instrumento técnico-legal en todo el territorio Colombiano, es de vital importancia conocer, interpretar y saber implementar de forma adecuada todos y cada uno de los conceptos allí establecidos, en especial el DISEÑO DETALLADO de iluminación de tipo interior. Debido a la ausencia técnica de una herramienta de uso profesional y educativo que permita interactuar con cada uno de los requisitos necesarios para realizar los cálculos manuales necesarios en un diseño de iluminación interior, la comprensión de los requisitos básicos exigidos en su Sección.210.2.3 suelen ser malinterpretados. Por lo tanto, el presente trabajo de grado se ha realizado dicha herramienta con el objetivo de suplir su ausencia en Colombia (Texto tomado de la fuente).

In Colombia, the "Technical Regulation of Electrical Installations - RETIE" has been published and connoted of mandatory compliance, as well as the "Technical Regulation of Lighting and Public Illumination - RETILAP" establishing the requirements and measures of mandatory compliance in lighting systems, whose legitimate objects are: • National security in terms of guaranteeing energy supply through the use of systems and products that apply the Rational Use of Energy. • The protection of human life and health. • The protection of animal and plant life. • The prevention of practices that may mislead the user. • The protection of the environment. Since RETILAP is a technical-legal instrument throughout the Colombian territory, it is of vital importance to know, interpret and know how to properly implement each and every one of the concepts established therein, especially the DETAILED DESIGN of interior type lighting. Due to the technical absence of a professional and educational tool to interact with each of the requirements necessary to perform the necessary manual calculations in an interior lighting design, the understanding of the basic requirements demanded in Section 210.2.3 are often misunderstood. Therefore, this degree work has been carried out with the aim of making up for its absence in Colombia.
