Abstract
Exclusion is a phenomenon of the socio-spatial structure that generates new urban and
rural manifestations that reconfigure the territories; the spatial, social, economic and
political factors of urban and rural areas are developed to the extent that the institutional
framework sets their political interests and their location can turn a regional economic
opportunity. Exclusion implies a subdivision of the territory where the limitations and public
investments and the disadvantages of some areas when compared with others are made
evident. The final master's project seeks to explain the problem of exclusion in the
municipality of Acacías Meta from 2019 to 2022 and to propose community action as a
mechanism capable of addressing and combating the phenomenon of exclusion and its
manifestations
