Resumen
En la presente tesis se analizan los Centros de Entrenamiento Paramilitar como instituciones totales que tenían el objetivo de transformar la identidad social de los sujetos que ingresaban; construir los cuerpos para la guerra y transformar los límites impuestos a la atrocidad. Estos tres elementos eran posibles mediante las prácticas disciplinadoras y la configuración de una red de representación y significación que se revelaba en un espacio-tiempo liminal que denominamos teatro anatómico.
Abstract: This thesis analyzes Colombian paramilitary training centers as total institutions where a process of transformation of social identities takes place. In these institutions, bodies for war are created and atrocity limits are broadened. These changes are produced through disciplinarily techniques that configure a network of meanings and representations in a liminal space-time here described as “anatomic theater”.
