dc.description.abstractThis degree work studies the behavior of agents (producers and marketers) who go to a wholesale food market to market their products and thus analyze the market power of these individuals when interacting, in order to assess whether they are price-takers. In this particular case, the Bogotá-Corabastos wholesale food market was studied, in the commercialization of junca or long onion; by using the Lerner index.spa
