Resumen
El presente proyecto tuvo como fin analizar de qué manera una estrategia metodológica fortalece las competencias investigativas en los estudiantes del semillero de ciencias en la I.E La Esperanza, para lo cual se diseñó una unidad didáctica compuesta por cinco secuencias didácticas, aplicadas a un grupo de 25 estudiantes que conformaban el semillero de ciencias de la institución. La intervención se realizó durante 6 secciones, cada una compuesta por dos horas de clase, además, los hallazgos fueron, centrar la labor educativa en el desarrollo de competencias, para esto es importante contar con la participación activa del estudiante en un ambiente de interacción social. En ese desarrollo de competencias en torno al proceso investigativo, los estudiantes fortalecieron competencias investigativas del saber, saber hacer y ser en torno a la construcción de la pregunta, objetivos, marco teórico y técnicas e instrumentos de investigación.
