This work presents a proposal to calculate the replenishment plan between a company and its international subsidiaries (1xm) through a collaboration model based on the VMI strategy and on the problem of joint replenishment of orders (JRP). The objective of the model is to find the appropriate replenishment program for the company and its subsidiaries so that replenishment costs are minimized. The solution of the model was carried out through a genetic algorithm which is successful in solving this type of problem. The results of the model were validated through the comparison of the collaborative and individual approaches and through the analysis of historical data, with which it was found that the proposed model allows to reduce the costs of replenishment of the company. In this way, the objectives proposed for this work are fully accomplished.spa
