| dc.description.abstract | El concepto de capital humano hace referencia a las capacidades productivas de las personas como agentes generadores de ingresos en la economía, las decisiones que se toman para invertir en el capital humano en las etapas tempranas de la vida de los niños, tienen impacto en el conocimiento y las habilidades que adquirirán durante su vida, a través de este trabajo final se evalúan los posibles efectos del programa familias en acción. Se emplea la metodología del índice de Theil para medir las desigualdades de los resultados de los estudiantes que pertenecen a SISBEN 1 frente a los que pertenecen a SISBEN 2. El principal aporte de este trabajo es la evidencia del aumento de las desigualdades en los resultados de las pruebas SABER 11 desde el año 2008 al 2019, explicado sobre todo por la diferencia al interior de los subgrupos. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The concept of human capital refers to the productive capacities of people as incomegenerating agents in the economy, the decisions made to invest in human capital in the early stages of children's lives have an impact on knowledge and the skills that they will acquire during their life, through this final work the effects of Familias en acción program are evaluated. The Theil index methodology is used to measure the inequalities in the results of students belonging to SISBEN 1 versus those belonging to SISBEN 2. The main contribution of this work is the evidence of the increase in inequalities in the results of the SABER 11 tests since from 2008 to 2019, explained above all by the difference within the subgroups. | spa |
