Ficciones constitucionales en el Nuevo Reino de Granada y la Gran Colombia: entre el Hispanismo y la Nación(1808-1830)

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se estudiará el influjo que tuvo la ruptura del mundo hispánico y las luchas de independencia en la redacción de las primeras constituciones en el Nuevo Reino de Granada y la Gran Colombia. Para ello será de suma importancia leer estas cartas fundamentales, no como un mero cúmulo de artículos, derechos y deberes, sino como ficciones que pretendían configurar realidades y construir nuevas identidades. En este sentido, el enfoque metodológico que se propone es un análisis histórico-hermenéutico que interpele las fuentes documentales para abrir su lectura a nuevas interpretaciones sobre el arribo de la modernidad en nuestros países./ Abstract. In this paper we examine the influence that was the breaking of the Hispanic world and the struggles for independence in drafting the first constitution in the Nuevo Reino de Granada and la Gran Colombia. This will be very important to read these constitutions, not as a mere accumulation of articles, rights and duties, but as fictions intended to set situations and construct new identities. In this sense, the methodological approach proposed is an historical-hermeneutic that challenges the documentary sources for reading open to new interpretations about the arrival of modernity in our countries.
