Esta herramienta funciona con el sistema operativo Android, es de acceso gratuito y fue construida como desarrollo tecnológico que contribuye al crecimiento de las terapias contextuales en el país. dc.description.abstractThe development of technological tools for cell phones has contributed significantly to the research and practical field of clinical psychology, thanks to the facilities provided to professionals, researchers, and patients in the execution of tasks and application of exercises specific to each therapy. Additionally, they are useful for the collection and systematization of data in the application of clinical interventions in different populations. The purpose of this project was the design and structuring of an App called Actuel, which contains Mindfulness exercises for therapeutic work and self-directed training of the skill of "contact with the present moment" within the interventions based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This tool works with the Android operating system, is free to access and was built as a technological development that contributes to the growth of contextual therapies in the country.eng
