La formulación de un proyecto educativo universitario, con la participación progresiva de diferentes estamentos y grupos, debe ser considerada como un proceso de construcción de intersubjetividad. Desde este punto de vista, el proyecto se revela como una fuente de transformación cuyo poder no emana solamente de las prescripciones que enuncia, sino de la movilización discursiva que promueve; bajo este ángulo, es posible examinarlo a la luz de la tensión entre un texto escrito en producción y la estructuración de una comunidad
The formulation of an Education Project for a university with the progressive participation of different bodies and groups, should be considered as a building process for intersubjectivity. From this standpoint, the Project can be taken as a source of transformation whose strength comes notonly from the principles which it lays down but also from the mobilization of discourse which it encourages. Thus, it can be examined in the light of the tension between a written text in the process of production and the structuring of a community.
