Abstract Identification of the characteristics of the lymph nodes evaluated in the EBUS procedure (endobronchial ultrasound) and their relationship with the diagnosis of malignancy in patients from the National Cancer Institute of Colombia between January 1, 2017 and March 31, 2021. EBUS has been the subject of multiple studies, seeking to evaluate its usefulness and diagnostic performance in various pathologies, some of these studies have included the evaluation of the morphological characteristics of the lymph nodes and their relationship with the diagnosis of malignancy. An observational, analytical cross-sectional study was carried out in patients older than 18 years treated in the pulmonology service of the National Cancer Institute between January 1, 2017 and March 31, 2021. The collection was carried out by non-probabilistic sampling of consecutive cases of all subjects meeting the inclusion criteria.eng
