Resumen
El tiempo definido para el desarrollo de este trabajo abarca el período comprendido entre 1978 y 2010, del que considero importante resaltar tres aspectos: se promulgaron las leyes que consolidaron el proceso de mercantilización y privatización de la educación, se agudizó la violencia política contra la izquierda, el sindicalismo y otros sectores sociales que se opusieron a la imposición del modelo neoliberal, y fueron asesinados más de mil maestras y maestros en el territorio nacional. Mediante la identificación de las representaciones que resultaron de la intención y la aplicación de las leyes, sobre las maestras y los maestros; de las representaciones que construyó el magisterio a través de acciones sindicales y pedagógicas; y de la voz de las maestras y maestros entrevistados, exploro la relación de estas representaciones con la violencia política contra el magisterio en las últimas décadas de nuestra historia, y el tránsito de las luchas iníciales dirigidas por Fecode, por el derecho a la vida, a la ausencia de memoria que yo llamo, el olvido.
Abstract. The time indicated on this work takes since 1978 until 2010, from which I consider important to highlight three aspects: the adoption of the laws which consolidated the process of commercial exploitation and privatization of public education, the political violence increased against to the trade union left and other social sectors whose had opposed to the imposition of the neoliberal model. During this period were killed more than one thousand of men and women teachers in the Colombian territory. As regards the identification of the representations as result from the political intention and the implementation of the laws directed at pedagogues; about the representations constructed by the schoolteachers through both trade union actions and pedagogical actions; and from the teachers interviewed, I explore the relationship between these representations with political violence against to the trade unions during the last decades of our history, and the early struggles lead by Fecode, for the right to life, and for the lack of memory which I called, the oblivion.
