dc.description.abstractLa presente publicación tiene como objetivo evaluar la relación entre las capacidades dinámicas de los grupos de investigación de Manizales y las dimensiones de Manizales Ciudad Inteligente, a partir de cinco preguntas de investigación: ¿qué variables permiten medir el nivel de capacidades dinámicas en grupos de investigación?, ¿cuál es el nivel de capacidades dinámicas en grupos de investigación de la ciudad de Manizales? ¿qué variables permiten determinar a Manizales como ciudad inteligente ?, ¿cuál es el estado actual de las dimensiones de ciudad inteligente en Manizales desde la óptica de grupos de investigación? y ¿cuál es la relación entre las variables de capacidades dinámicas y las dimensiones de Manizales Ciudad Inteligente? Esta investigación tiene implicaciones tanto académicas como prácticas. Desde lo académico, se busca suplir un vacío de conocimiento hallado en la revisión de la literatura respecto a la escasez de trabajos teóricos y empíricos relacionados con la aplicación de las capacidades dinámicas en grupos u organizaciones de investigación desde un enfoque estratégico y su impacto I+D+i en entornos de ciudad inteligente. Desde las ciencias sociales, se aplicaron encuestas relacionadas con capacidades dinámicas y ciudad inteligente a grupos de investigación específicos, tanto de la comunidad académica como a centros de investigación en general dentro de la red de organizaciones de investigación de Manizales, con el fin de trazar sugerencias validadas que sirvan de aporte a los distintos actores o grupos de interés que participan en ella como ciudad inteligente, para la formación, el desarrollo y el cambio de la gestión estratégica.spa
