Habitats anfibios: arquitectura en torno a humedales

Abstract

Esta investigación está orientada a la comprensión de los hábitats humanos que se establecen en ecosistemas relacionados con humedales, en este caso específico, con los ríos y sus llanuras de inundación, y a entender cómo estas comunidades han aprendido a convivir con los ciclos de inundación, estableciendo con ello sus modos de vida, sus cotidianidades, y su cultura, y por tal pudiéramos llamarlas comunidades anfibias. Temas como hombre y comunidad, entorno y territorialidad, vivienda y espacio serán estructurantes en esta propuesta, que finalmente pretende encontrar un significado para el concepto de hábitats anfibios y sus prospectivas, con el fin de establecer los contrastes respecto de las maneras como hoy son vistos y planeados estos territorios. El valle del río Cauca se convierte, entonces, en el escenario donde se localizan los casos de estudio: dos asentamientos que son el comienzo de un proceso investigativo que busca mostrar una realidad más de nuestro país, anotando que no por pequeños dejan de ser complejos y claves a la hora de vislumbrar una problemática que dentro de este ámbito particular de lo anfibio aborda todas las escalas territoriales. / Abstract: This research is aimed at understanding human habitats establishing wetland-related ecosystems, in this specific case, with the rivers and floodplains, and understand how these communities have learned to live with the flooding cycle, establishing therefore their lifestyles, their daily life, and culture, and for that we could call amphibian communities. Topics such as man and community, environment and territory, housing and space are structural in this proposal, which ultimately seeks to find a meaning for the concept of amphibians and their habitats looking, in order to establish the contrasts in the ways that today are seen and planned these territories. Cauca river valley becomes, then, at the stage where we find the case studies: two settlements that are the beginnings of an investigative process that aims to show a reality of our country, noting that not cease to be small complex and passwords when they perceive a problem in this particular area of amphibious addresses all territorial levels.
