| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se enfoca en el desarrollo de la competencia transnumeración en estudiantes de sexto grado, a través de actividades interdisciplinarias que integran conocimientos de astronomía y estadística. En particular, se propone promover el razonamiento estadístico mediante la observación y el análisis de las fases de la Luna, utilizando recolección, representación y análisis de datos como herramientas centrales. Esta investigación, de enfoque cualitativo, analiza las producciones gráficas y escritas de los estudiantes frente a tareas diseñadas para estimular el cambio entre diferentes representaciones (numéricas, gráficas y simbólicas). Se parte de la identificación de sus conocimientos previos sobre las fases lunares, para luego implementar actividades que favorezcan el desarrollo progresivo de la transnumeración. Se promueve que los estudiantes mejoren su habilidad para interpretar y transformar representaciones de datos univariados, como gráficos y tablas de frecuencias, evidenciando así avances en su razonamiento estadístico. | dc.description.abstract | This work focuses on the development of transnumeration competence in sixth-grade students through interdisciplinary activities that integrate knowledge of astronomy and statistics. Specifically, it aims to promote statistical reasoning through the observation and analysis of the phases of the Moon, using data collection, representation, and analysis as central tools. The research, which follows a qualitative approach, analyzes students’ graphic and written productions in response to tasks designed to stimulate transitions between different representations (numerical, graphical, and symbolic). It begins by identifying their prior knowledge about the lunar phases, and then implements activities that foster the progressive development of transnumeration. The goal is to help students improve their ability to interpret and transform representations of univariate data, such as graphs and frequency tables, thereby demonstrating progress in their statistical reasoning. | eng |
