dc.description.abstract | Los análisis de accesibilidad territorial son una herramienta importante de la planeación urbana que permite tomar decisiones respecto, entre otros, a la ubicación de nuevos equipamientos que mejoren la calidad de vida de la población. En este trabajo final de maestría se propone una metodología de 4 fases para realizar el análisis de accesibilidad territorial de una ciudad y proponer nuevos equipamientos. En la primera fase se recolecta información respecto a la población, infraestructura vial y oferta de servicios de la ciudad. La segunda fase determina los tiempos de desplazamiento y la distancia entre la población y los servicios bajo estudio. Lo anterior se realiza haciendo uso de técnicas de agrupamiento y e información disponible en herramientas tecnológicas como Google Maps. La tercera etapa estudia los tiempos y distancias de desplazamiento mediante curvas isócronas y gráficas de ojiva con el objetivo de analizar la accesibilidad territorial y determinar las zonas de las ciudades que debe ser priorizadas en el establecimiento de nuevos equipamientos. Finalmente, la etapa 4 selecciona nuevas ubicaciones para equipamientos mediante un modelo de programación matemática. La metodología es validada utilizando un caso de estudio de la ciudad de Villavicencio, en donde se analizan los servicios de educación, salud, seguridad y recreación. Los resultados del caso de estudio nos indican que la ciudad debe priorizar la construcción de equipamientos de salud y construir una nueva estación de bomberos. dc.description.abstract | Territorial accessibility analyses serve as a valuable tool in urban planning, allowing for strategic decision-making when it comes to the placement of new facilities that enhance the well-being of the community. In this Master's thesis, a four-phase methodology is proposed for conducting a thorough territorial accessibility analysis of a city and proposing potential new facilities. The initial stage involves gathering data on the city's population, road infrastructure, and existing service offerings. The second phase involves determining travel times and distances between the population and the targeted services. This is achieved through the use of clustering techniques and technological resources like Google Maps. The third stage studies the travel times and distances using isochrone curves and sigmoidal graphs with the aim of analyzing territorial accessibility and determining the areas of the cities that should be prioritized in the establishment of new facilities. Finally, stage 4 selects new locations for facilities using a mathematical programming model. The methodology is validated using a case study of the city of Villavicencio, where the services of education, health, security, and recreation are analyzed. The results of the case study indicate that the city should prioritize the construction of health facilities and build a new fire station.
