Resumen
Enseñar microbiología utilizando materiales reciclables y de bajo costo, es una propuesta didáctica que pretende llevar éstos conocimientos de una forma diferente y amena a los estudiantes del grado noveno de la Institución Educativa Emiliano García. Se busca aprovechar los materiales reciclables de fácil adquisición y aplicar tecnologías al alcance de todos, a través, de la construcción de sencillos objetos derivados de aparatos tecnológicos tales como: hacer un microscopio con un celular y que los estudiantes sean sujetos activos en sus procesos de enseñanza - aprendizaje que los lleven a apropiarse de los conceptos, para que puedan aplicarlos en su contexto, además de facilitar el trabajo colaborativo que tanto aporta al aprendizaje de los mismos. Los resultados obtenidos después de la implementación de la propuesta, muestran una mejor respuesta de aprendizaje en los estudiantes.
Abstract: Teaching microbiology using recyclable and low cost materials, it is a didactic proposal that seeks to bring these skills in a different and entertaining way to ninth grade students of the school Emiliano Garcia. It is pretend to take advantage of recyclable materials, readily available for everyone and apply new easy technologies on them thorough the construction of small appliances, such as making a microscope with a cellphone. Students are wanted to become active participants in their own learning processes and that those experiments lead them to appropriate the concepts, so they can apply them in their context moreover so they can improve the collaborative work that contributes on the appropriation process. The results obtained after implementation of the proposal show a better response to the student learning
