Resumen
Este trabajo de profundización se enfoca en el diseño de un proyecto de aula que contribuya con la modelación matemática en la enseñanza del conjunto de los números racionales para mejorar los resultados de las pruebas estandarizadas, esta investigación aplicada se realizó con estudiantes del grado 7°1 y 7°2 de la Institución Educativa Jorge Robledo de la ciudad de Medellín. Su construcción tiene un enfoque cualitativo fundamentado en el aprendizaje significativo crítico. Se realizó una encuesta a diez docentes del área de matemáticas. Se elaboraron seis unidades organizativas para desarrollar el proyecto de aula utilizando la plataforma Moodle con el curso los racionales. Podemos concluir que la propuesta didáctica mejoró el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, incluyendo estudiantes con discapacidad cognitiva y motivó su participación al interactuar con las actividades de la plataforma. Existe una urgencia de metodologías innovadoras debido a la velocidad de los cambios que se presentan en el mundo en el ámbito académico y laboral, contribuyendo con la calidad de la educación a nivel local, nacional e internacional. Abstract: The research interest focuses on the design of a classroom Project that contributes with the mathematical modeling in the teaching of the set of rational numbers to improve the results of the standardized tests; this research was done with students of the degree 7°1 and 7°2 of State School Jorge Robledo of Medellin. Its construction has a qualitative approach based on critical meaningful learning. A survey was conducted to ten teachers in the area of mathematics. Didactic sequences were developed to develop the classroom project using the Moodle platform with the rational courses. We can conclude that the didactic proposal improved the learning process of students, including students with cognitive disabilities and reason for their participation in interacting with the activities of the platform. There is an urgent need for innovative methodologies due to the speed of the changes that occur in the world in the academic and labor fields, contributing to the quality of education at local, national and international level
