En los últimos años, las tecnologías de información y comunicación han definido nuevas dinámicas de compra de usuarios y clientes en sistemas en línea, de acceso y respuesta rápida. Este Trabajo Final parte de la necesidad de las personas de realizar compras fáciles, ágiles, desde plataformas virtuales y online, que no requieren desplazamientos, ni filas de espera y más específicamente de la necesidad de los clientes minoristas de la compañía Harinera del Valle S.A., de comprar sus productos desde la comodidad de su hogar, así como realizar sus pagos con mayor facilidad. Lo cual implica en la creación de un nuevo canal de ventas y adoptar un diseño de venta virtual. Posteriormente se definen los criterios del diseño de venta virtual más apropiado para la compañía.
//Abstract: In recent years, information and communication technologies have defined new dynamics for the purchase of users and customers in online, access and rapid response systems. This Final Work is based on the need of people to make easy, agile purchases, from virtual and online platforms, that do not require travel, waiting lines and more specifically the need of retail customers of the company Harinera del Valle SA, to buy your products from the comfort of your home, as well as make your payments more easily. Which implies in the creation of a new sales channel and adopt a virtual sales design. Subsequently, the criteria for the most appropriate virtual sale design for the company are defined.
