Optimización en el área de servicios: Sector turístico del Municipio de Villamaría Caldas

Abstract

In the text we will see two methodologies of operations research; Analytic Hierachy Process; AHP and Goal Programming, used to generate an optimization model in the distribution of budgetary resources of the tourism unit of the Municipality of Villamar a Caldas for the year 2019, with the corresponding projections for 2020, and the contrast with what actually happened. in the current year. The indicators of decline in the sector due to the Covid-19 pandemic are documented and a compilation of recommendations is made to overcome the crisis.The tourism unit of the Municipality of Villamar a, is a dependency of the mayor's o ce in charge of the administration and coordination of the provision of the tourist service, which promotes the dissemination of plans, accommodations, routes, restaurants, and other attractions in the area; in search of the recognition of the natural and cultural heritage of the region at national and international level, and the sustainability and economic growth of the inhabitants.

En el texto veremos dos metodologías de la investigación de operaciones; Analytic Hierachy Process; AHP y Goal Programming, utilizadas para la generación de un modelo de optimización en la distribución de los recursos presupuestales de la unidad de turismo del Municipio de Villamaría Caldas del año 2019, con las correspondientes proyecciones para el 2020, y el contraste con lo realmente ocurrido en el año en curso. Se documentan los indicadores de decrecimiento del sector a causa de la pandemia Covid-19 y se realiza una recopilación de recomendaciones para superar la crisis. La unidad de turismo del Municipio de Villamaría, es una dependencia de la alcaldía encargada de la administración y coordinación de la prestación del servicio turístico, que promueve la divulgación de planes, alojamientos, rutas, restaurantes, y otros atractivos de la zona; en búsqueda del reconocimiento del patrimonio natural y cultural de la región a nivel nacional e internacional, y la sustentabilidad y el crecimiento económico de los habitantes.
