//Abstract: In Yotoco Forest Nature Reserve and the Xerofítico enclave Atuncela in the municipality of Dagua, in the months of July and September 2014 and in February and March 2015, several surveys were conducted in order to determine the weaver spider community associated with four families of plants (Piperaceae, Melastomataceae, Cytheaceae, Arecaceae) present in two zones. Through three sampling techniques (air hand harvested, ground shaking hand harvested and shrubs). It was collected 907 spiders, of which 305 adults were selected to the appropriate statistical analysis was collected. The remaining 602 individuals were not taken into account for being immature, which makes assigning each to the established taxa. Spiders found 29 species were grouped in 6 families, 27 genera. The Pholcidae family was found in all samples and the aforementioned four families of worked plants. It was established that the upper area (± 1700m.snm) of RNFBY has a greater abundance than the lower area (± 1400m.snm) of RNFBY and the sampling period showed a range of 0.8 according to the Simpson index is the wet season (September and March).
