(No) Todo ser humano es libre: de la desmentida del sujeto en la contemporaneidad

Resumen
Los Derechos Humanos -como ley que organiza nuestra época- determinan la igualdad, la libertad y la fraternidad como atributos propios de la humanidad; lo anterior implica que con la afirmación ‘Todo humano es libre’ quien no lo sea no es humano. De esta forma, se revela la ferocidad del mandato liberal que encierra nuestra época, que contrasta con la sujeción al lenguaje que reconocemos como estructural del sujeto. ¿Qué efectos tiene para el lazo social la manera en que la libertad se enuncia en la actualidad? ¿Cómo llegó a establecerse esta organización para la época? ¿Qué es la libertad y cuál es su relación con el sujeto que interesa al psicoanálisis? Son algunas de las preguntas que guían el recorrido propio de esta investigación.
Human rights –as law that organizes our time- determine equality, liberty and fraternity as humanity’s own attributes; the above implies that with the statement ‘Every human is free’ who is not is not human. In this way, it reveals the ferocity of the liberal command that holds our epoch, which contrasts with the subjection to the language that we recognize as structural of the subject. What effects does for the social bond the way in which freedom is currently stated? How did it settle this organization for the period? What is freedom and what is its relationship to the subject that interests the psychoanalysis? They are some of the questions that guide the course of this investigation itself.
