dc.description.abstractEsta investigación aborda la gestión de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE), en organizaciones deportivas sin ánimo de lucro, enfocándose en la Liga Caldense de Atletismo. A través de un análisis teórico y práctico, se identifican modelos, desafíos y oportunidades para integrar la RSE como herramienta estratégica en el ámbito deportivo. La metodología empleada es corte cualitativo; se realizaron encuestas semiestructuradas dirigidas a stakeholders de la Liga Caldense de Atletismo y otras organizaciones deportivas de la misma línea en Colombia. Los resultados destacan la importancia de estructurar un modelo formal de RSE, el cual sea adaptable y aplicable a otras organizaciones deportivas similares en Colombia, y que permita maximizar el impacto social, económico y ambiental, promoviendo la inclusión, la sostenibilidad y la transparencia en la gestión deportiva.spa
dc.description.abstractThis research addresses the management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in non-profit sports organizations, focusing on the Liga Caldense de Atletismo. Through a theoretical and practical analysis, models, challenges and opportunities to integrate CSR as a strategic tool in the sports field are identified. The methodology used is qualitative, using semi-structured surveys directed at stakeholders of the Caldas Athletics League and other sports organizations in the same field in Colombia. The results highlight the importance of structuring a formal CSR model, which is adaptable and applicable to other similar sports organizations in Colombia, and which allows maximizing the social, economic and environmental impact, promoting inclusion, sustainability and transparency in sports management.eng
