The product reclassification method developed by Lall (2000) is applied to COMTRADE exports data to obtain country-to-country export networks for ten (10) technological levels. Among the main findings, it is found that developed countries have greater relative importance in the networks of greater technological intensity, and that structural differences exists between high-tech, medium-tech, and low-tech exports when the size and composition of the group of high exports countries is compared against the group of low export countries in each network.eng
