Plan de mejoramiento para la gestión académica en instituciones educativas oficiales del nivel medio en el Municipio de Puerto Triunfo, Antioquia

Abstract

Resumen: un plan de mejora, eficaz y eficiente, permite políticas óptimas y acciones acertadas. Evaluación pertinente; formación continua del docente; hacer (novedad) y adaptar (innovar) pedagogía y didáctica; nueva tecnología de información y comunicación; rastreo a proyectos; analizar y retroalimentar conclusiones; investigar en campo; documentar fases exitosas; presentar y divulgar buenas prácticas. Son todas partes de vital trascendencia que, Integradas en justa armonía, en completa sinergia, son la respuesta para mejorar la calidad de la gestión académica. La metodología aquí expuesta busca mejorar al ciudadano (educando y docente), de manera integral (mental y en convivencia), en conjunción con el sector productivo y la comunidad científica. Es necesario dar herramientas al ciudadano en saberes y actitudes que le permitan entender la información que afecta su vida, y valorarla modificando el mundo y sus interrogantes en contexto, respetando todo derecho.

Abstract: A improvement's plan, effective and efficient, allows optimal policies and correct actions Pertinent evaluation; teacher's continuous formation; do (novelty) and adapt (innovate) pedagogy and didactics; new technology of information and communication; proyects's tracking; analyzing and feedback of conclusions; investigate in camp; documenting of succesful stages; submit and divulge good practices. All are parts of vital transcendence that, integrated in a fair harmony, in a complete synergy, are the answer for improve the quality of the academic gestion. The present proposal is synthesis of the concretion that frames this innovative metodology, in aplied pedagogy, like integrative answer and intellectual continuation of the contemporary development in the middle education. the method is supported in areas where interested the relationship student-teacher. their specific caracteristics (processes) allows classify it like a plan of institucional improved, for the academic gestion on the middle education. For improve the achieved reaches, was developed the proposed methodologies with all the students in the eleventh grade of the public educational institutions of the Puerto Triunfo's Municipality, Antioquia. The work was focused in the areas of the language, maths and social science, innovating pedagogic and didactic. At the end of the report, is estimated the statistic correlation that exist between the results obtained for the students into the process and their corresponding results of the SABER 11 test (Year 2014)
