dc.description.abstractEl intraemprendimiento se define como el emprendimiento que ocurre dentro de las organizaciones gracias a empleados que adoptan comportamientos innovadores, proactivos, de creación de redes, reconocimiento de oportunidades y de toma de riesgos. Para que los trabajadores adopten ese tipo de actitudes, las organizaciones deben tomar acción. Si bien se ha explorado dicho fenómeno en el contexto de economías desarrolladas, aún falta evidencia en el contexto emergente. En respuesta a lo anterior, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo proponer un modelo conceptual que explique los factores organizacionales que promueven el comportamiento intraemprendedor de los empleados en las empresas colombianas. Para lograr dicho objetivo se adoptó un enfoque de estudio de casos múltiples, en donde nueve empresas (Procaps, Grupo Familia, Organización Corona, Crystal S.A.S, Nutresa, Esenttia, Grupo Sura, Organización Terpel y Alpina) fueron tomadas como casos de estudio. Se utilizó un diseño cualitativo en donde a través de una entrevista en profundidad y el método Hierarchical Card Sorting (HCS) se cumplieron dos objetivos. En primer lugar, se exploraron las buenas prácticas de intraemprendimiento de las organizaciones en términos de programas de intraemprendimiento y otros mecanismos. En segundo lugar, a través de las percepciones y opiniones de los líderes de cada caso, se encontraron siete factores organizacionales que promueven el comportamiento intraemprendedor de los empleados en las organizaciones colombianas seleccionadas, que en orden de relevancia son: La cultura de la organización, apoyo de los altos cargos, tolerancia al riesgo, recompensas no monetarias, recompensas monetarias, tiempo y estructura de la organización. dc.description.abstractIntrapreneurship is defined as entrepreneurship that occurs within organizations thanks to employees who adopt innovative, proactive, networking, opportunity recognition, and risk-taking behaviors. For workers to adopt these kinds of attitudes, organizations must take action. Although this phenomenon has been explored in the developed context, evidence is still lacking in the emerging context. In response to the above, this research aims to propose a conceptual model that explains the organizational factors that promote the intrapreneurial behavior of employees in Colombian companies. To achieve this objective, a multiple case study approach will be taken, where nine companies (Procaps, Grupo Familia, Organización Corona, Crystal S.A.S, Nutresa, Esenttia, Grupo Sura, Organización Terpel and Alpina) were taken as study cases. A qualitative design was used where two objectives were met through an in-depth interview and the Hierarchical Card Sorting (HCS) method. First, good intrapreneurship practices of organizations in terms of intrapreneurship programs and other mechanisms are explored. Second, through the perceptions and opinions of the leaders of each case, seven organizational factors were found that promote the intrapreneurial behavior of employees in the selected Colombian organizations, which in order of relevance are: The culture of the organization, top management support, risk tolerance, non-monetary rewards, monetary rewards, time, and organizational structure.eng
