Performance mining equipment (extraction-load-transportation) in the Ernesto Guevara Factory

Abstract

The general efficiency of the mining work of the outburst fronts in the locations of the Company Ernesto Guevara of Moa is below the productivities established stockings of exploitation for each one of the lines of teams that form the group technological outburst-load - transports. In the work approaches are exposed about the yield of the mining teams and their productivity, the behavior of the group is analyzed excavating truck for two variants of exploitation applied in the Mine: excavator-articulate truck and excavator- rigid truck. Magnitudes of the different technician-economic-productive indexes of the basic equipment are obtained on whose base cycles and productivities, and the consumption of specific fuel of the operations was determined. The results are based in technician-productive aspects and include comparative approaches among the technique current excavatorarticulate truck and excavator- rigid truck.
