To achieve this, the information about the 7 manager´s leadership styles who work in Mabe, multinational manufacturing home appliances company, was collected using the MLQ (Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire); and it was also obtained through an overall performance evaluation, the information about the 40 manager`s direct line employees level of their objectives fulfillment. This information was processed and studied by performing statistical descriptive analyses, through the transformational and transactional leadership behaviors in the sample managers was studied, and the sample manager´s direct line employees performance qualification, to understand the level of their objectives fulfillment. Then, by performing statistical bivariate analysis, it could identify the relationships among the transformational and transactional leadership components showed into the managers, with the employee`s job performance, and the relationship among transformational and transactional leadership with job performance. The main results suggest that both leadership styles are into the sample managers, and both produce satisfactory performance compliance, however, it is noted what theory indicates about the relationship among transformational and transactional leadership with job performance: Transformational leadership is viewed frequently in followers who exceed their performance in a total or partial way, and in followers who fulfill in their performance by the way it is expected, and contingent inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation are the components that influence the relationship in highest proportions; by the other hand, transactional leadership is viewed frequently in the followers who fulfill in their performance by the way it is expected, and contingential reward is the component that influence the relationship in highest proportions.eng
