dc.description.abstractOrienta esta investigación la búsqueda de respuesta al interrogante ¿cuál es el nivel de praxeología del conocimiento generado en las tesis doctorales en administración en Colombia?, con un método mixto, se identificaron categorías orientadoras del enfoque praxeológico en la revisión documental de las tesis doctorales; se construyó posteriormente un modelo de evaluación cualitativo para especificar aspectos observables de las tesis. El proceso investigativo en gestión analizado se llevó a cabo utilizando un modelo metateórico, basado en el rombo filosófico de Bédard, a partir de los productos tesis doctorales y las epistemologías declaradas por sus autores. Por último, se documentó el modelo metateórico, que permitió reconocer el enfoque praxeológico en las investigaciones que desde los programas doctorales se han adelantado. Se presenta la aproximación teórica para el análisis del enfoque praxeológico teniendo como resultado la construcción del modelo de análisis metateórico con el cual se señalan las incoherencias filosóficas de las tesis analizadas. Este modelo interpreta los enfoques praxeológicos desde el explicativo hasta el comprensivo considerando la performatividad crítica en las investigaciones doctorales en administración / dirección / gestión que se han sustentado en Colombia desde el año 2009. Los análisis meta-teóricos indican que en las tesis evaluadas predomina el paradigma de las “ciencias explicativas” como la física experimental, la química reflejando problema de uso o practicidad de sus resultados praxeológicos como lo señala desde hace varios años Marchesnay y un surgimiento de enfoques como el realismo crítico y la teoría crítica clasificando el conocimiento científico generado en las ciencias de gestión en Sistemas de Producción de Conocimiento lockiano, kantiano y hegeliano de acuerdo con lo propuesto por C. dc.description.abstractWhat is the level of praxeology of the knowledge generated in doctoral theses in administration in Colombia? with a mixed method, guiding categories of the praxeological approach were identified in the documentary review of the doctoral theses; a qualitative evaluation model was later constructed to specify observable aspects of the theses. The research process in management analyzed was carried out using a metatheoretical model based on the doctoral thesis products and the epistemologies declared by their authors. Finally, we documented the metatheoretical model, which allows us to recognize the praxeological approach in the research that has been advanced since the doctoral programs. It is presented in the theoretical approach for the analysis of the praxeological approach resulting in the construction of the meta-theoretical analysis model with which the philosophical inconsistencies of the analyzed theses are noted. This model interprets the praxeological approaches from explanatory to comprehensive considering the critical performativity in doctoral research in administration/ management/ management that have been sustained in Colombia since 2009. Meta-theoretical analyses indicate that in the evaluated theses the paradigm of "explanatory sciences" such as experimental physics predominates, the chemistry reflecting problem of use or practicality of its praxeological results as pointed out by Marchesnay for several years and an emergence of approaches such as critical realism and critical theory classifying the scientific knowledge generated in management sciences in Lockian Knowledge Production Systems, kantian and hegelian.eng
