El autor plantea jurídicamente el reconocimiento provisional de la pensión, dentro del proceso ordinario laboral, para lo cual, presenta el escenario actual de las herramientas procesales existentes, muestra los requisitos mínimos en las distintas posibilidades de pensión, y con base en ello, propone el panorama posible del asunto, con el fin de proteger los derechos fundamentales de los afiliados o beneficiarios.
