dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo presenta la aplicación del modelo de DeLone y McLean para la evaluación de la implementación del sistema de gestión del talento humano en una empresa estatal del sector de Hacienda y crédito público. Se aplicó un instrumento de medición para todos los usuarios finales del sistema y a partir los datos recolectados, se analizó la información con el fin de establecer un diagnóstico de la implementación, ventajas y desventajas del sistema de gestión del talento humano.spa
dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the application of DeLone and McLean's model for evaluating the implementation of the human talent management system in a state company in the Treasury and public credit sector. A measuring instrument was applied for all end users of the system and the data collected, information was analyzed in order to establish a diagnosis of the implementation, advantages and disadvantages of the human talent management system.spa
