Resumen
El presente documento es una reflexión sobre las nuevas concepciones que trae consigo el paradigma de la complejidad en el pensamiento administrativo-organizacional, argumentado en la necesidad de dejar atrás el paradigma mecanicista y sus enfoques, en especial los concernientes a la empresa- máquina que manifiesta una racionalidad instrumental-utilitarista. Ya que dicha visión se queda corta en las explicaciones de los fenómenos actuales. Es allí donde se visibiliza la necesidad de un cambio de arquetipo y surge el paradigma de la complejidad como: la organización- empresa como un sistema social vivo y la conceptualización de las empresas como Empresa Viviente.
//Abstract: The present document is a reflection on the new conceptions that the paradigm of complexity in the administrative-organizational thinking brings with it, arguing in the necessity of leaving behind the mechanistic paradigm and its approaches, especially those concerning the machine-company that manifests an instrumental-utilitarian rationality. Since this vision falls short in the explanations of current phenomena. It is there that the need for a paradigm shift is made visible and the paradigm of complexity arises as: the organization-enterprise as a living social system and the conceptualization of companies as a Living Company.
