Resumen
Abstract
The densification of the population, mainly in large cities such as Bogotá, the capital of Colombia, brings a series of inconveniences related to the availability of natural resources and public services.
In the period between 2012 and 2020, the zonal planning units (UPZ) 87 “Tintal sur” located in the south of the city in the locality of Bosa, presented an accelerated construction process that ended in a total of 21 residential complexes and 3 educational institutions. The residential complexes built have 6 floors and a considerable number of towers which ranges between 23 and 35. According to El INTITUTO NACIONAL DE ESTADÍSICAS (DANE), for the national census carried out in 2018 the area occupied by these buildings represents a total of 13,972 dwellings with a population of 34,557 inhabitants. Emphasizing that for the year of the census the occupation of the complexes had not reached 100%. Due to this, it has been shown that the increase in population densification causes inconveniences in the availability of resources and / or domestic public services, such as drinking water.
With the purpose of generating alternatives that promote good water management, the design of efficient water use is proposed, based on sustainable construction certification methodologies that provide an adequate management of the resource and bring benefits for the residents of the projects and the areas where it is generated.
In this work, the design of the hydraulic systems is presented based on one of the residential complexes of the densified area, taking into account sustainable construction criteria in order to obtain an efficient use of water and thus the reduction in the consumption of it, with the aim of evaluating the certification scoring criteria to know the possible score for this category and to make it possible to contribute a significant percentage and achieve sustainable construction certifications.
