La muestra se recolectó a partir de una encuesta en formato digital que incluye las escalas PHQ9 , Zung , EPP14 e insomnio de Atenas para determinar la prevalencia de síntomas depresivos , ansiosos , de estrés e insomnio en esta población respectivamente. dc.description.abstractThere is little scientific information in relation to the impact of the current pandemic (COVID-19) on mental health in health personnel, and even more so in relation to 1st and 2nd line of care physicians. In Colombia, one of the countries hardest hit by the pandemic and where the virus has had the greatest impact, determining the mental health of doctors is extremely important considering its vital role in the treatment and control of patients affected by COVID- 19. This cross-sectional study manages to show some of the alterations in mental health produced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the psychosocial context that emerges from it, specifically in relation to the presentation of symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress and insomnia, that take place in the 3 Colombian medical population of first and second line of care. A cross-sectional study was carried out based on a sample of 1976 people divided into 910 first-line care doctors and 1066 second-line care doctors. The sample was collected from a survey in digital format that includes the PHQ9, Zung, EPP14 and Athens insomnia scales to determine the prevalence of depressive, anxious, stress and insomnia symptoms in this population respectively.eng
