Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión de la literatura indexada internacional y nacional, para abordar la temática de bioseguridad con énfasis en Tuberculosis, trabajadores de la salud – TS y Enfermería durante el periodo 1999-2009. Se tomó un total de 100 artículos de diversas bases de datos, de los cuales se realizó un fichamiento de 49 artículos para bases de la investigación. El diseño de la investigación es de tipo descriptivo utilizando la metodología del estado de arte, se aplicó el instrumento llamado “reseña bibliográfica”. Los datos se analizaron de manera descriptivas por medio de frecuencias y porcentajes. Los resultados se obtuvieron mediante el análisis de 6 variables. Se concluye que La enfermedad causada por el Mycobacterium tuberculosis, se ha convertido a nivel mundial, nacional, regional y local en un gran problema de salud pública y que a pesar de ello en América Latina se encuentra limitada la publicación de artículos frente a la temática de la Tuberculosis, sin embargo se halla a un país pionero en investigaciones frente al tema como lo es Brasil, evidenciándose de esta manera que el personal del área de la salud se encuentra desprotegido y que existe la necesidad de crear programas que permitan brindar educación tanto a nivel hospitalario como ambulatorio, se recomienda fortalecer la investigación sobre la temática, específicamente haciendo alusión a la exposición ocupacional que viven los trabajadores de la salud en especial Enfermería. / Abstract: The present investigation has as aim realize a review of the indexed international and national literature, to approach the subject matter of bioseguridad emphatically in Tuberculosis, workers of the health - TS and Infirmary during the period 1999-2009. I take a total of 100 articles of diverse databases, of which I fulfil a fichamiento of 49 articles for bases of the investigation. The design of the investigation is of descriptive type using the methodology of the condition of art, I apply to him the so called instrument " bibliographical review ". Los information they were analyzed of way descriptive by means of frequencies and percentages. The results were obtained by means of the analysis of 6 variables. One concludes that The disease caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis, has turned worldwide, nationally, regionally and locally in a great problem of public health and that in spite of it in Latin America is limited the publication of articles opposite to the subject matter of the Tuberculosis, nevertheless it is situated to a pioneering country in investigations opposite to the topic like it is Brazil, being demonstrated hereby that the personnel of the area of the health is unprotected and that there exists the need to create programs that allow to offer education so much to hospitable as ambulatory level, One recommends to strengthen the investigation on the subject matter, specifically doing allusion to the occupational exhibition that the workers of the health live especially Through Infirmary.
