Esta investigación se propone desentrañar la función del «código» en la organización del cuerpo armado guerrillero desde el psicoanálisis lacaniano. El estudio se centra en estatutos, manuales internos y testimonios de excombatientes colombianos, que se leen como formaciones en las que se tramitan el goce, la ley y el lazo social. Se analizan los estatutos y reglamentos de las FARC‑EP y el ELN junto con narrativas de excombatientes. El análisis se organiza a partir de los registros real, simbólico e imaginario: el código se estudia como soporte simbólico que regula la conducta, fabrica y cohesiona el cuerpo colectivo e intenta suturar lo real del goce mediante dispositivos de autorización y sanción. Los resultados precisan que el código organiza posiciones subjetivas, articula deseo, cuerpo y obediencia, instituye un ethos revolucionario tejido por estatuto, jerarquía y castigo, y demarca lo permitido y lo excluido. No obstante, cuando se absolutiza, se transforma en imperativo superyoico: la voz de mando se autonomiza de la ley, se quiebra el lazo social y retorna sintomáticamente aquello que no logra simbolizarse. Se concluye que, como efecto de lo simbólico, el código organiza el cuerpo armado y regula la pulsión; pero su exceso exhibe la falla estructural de toda ley. (Texto tomado de la fuente)
Abstract
This research seeks to elucidate the function of the “code” in the organization of the guerrilla armed body from a Lacanian psychoanalytic perspective. The study focuses on statutes, internal manuals, and testimonies of Colombian ex-combatants, read as formations through which jouissance, law, and the social bond are negotiated. The statutes and regulations of the FARC-EP and the ELN are analyzed alongside ex-combatants’ narratives. The analysis is organized around the registers of the Real, the Symbolic, and the Imaginary: the code is examined as a symbolic support that regulates conduct, produces and binds a collective body, and attempts to suture the Real of jouissance through devices of authorization and sanction. The findings indicate that the code organizes subjective positions, articulates desire, body, and obedience, institutes a revolutionary ethos woven through statute, hierarchy, and punishment, and demarcates what is permitted and what is excluded. However, when absolutized, it turns into a superegoic imperative: the voice of command becomes autonomous from the law, the social bond fractures, and what resists symbolization returns symptomatically. The study concludes that, as an effect of the Symbolic, the code organizes the armed body and regulates the drive; nevertheless, its excess exposes the structural failure inherent to any law.
