Resumen
La importancia para el país en la implementación del primer Centro de Ciencia y Tecnología en Salud Y Seguridad en el Trabajo (CCTSST) permitirá evaluar las condiciones reales de los trabajadores colombianos tanto de la economía formal como de la informal, mediante la implementación de tecnologías de laboratorio, protocolos y estándares de análisis de condiciones físicas, químicas y biológicas, así como condiciones de la tarea y factores psicosociales, evaluación de indicadores y presentación de propuestas con el fin de entregar conceptos, análisis y herramientas que permitan la dignificación laboral. En la presente monografía se involucra la implementación de la metodologías del marco lógico MML como herramientas de apoyo para la iniciación, ejecución y evaluación de proyectos de valor para la comunidad propuestos por la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL) , con el fin de involucrar dentro de la propuesta metodológica a las organizaciones encargadas de la salud y seguridad en el trabajo
Abstract. The importance for the country in the implementation of the first center of science and technology in health and safety at work (CCTSST) will allow to assess the actual conditions of Colombian workers both the formal economy and the informal, through the implementation of laboratory technologies, protocols and standards of analysis of physical, chemical and biological, as well as the task conditions and psychosocial factors evaluation of indicators and proposals in order to deliver concepts, analysis and tools that enable labor dignifying. In the present monograph involves the implementation of the methodologies of logical framework MML as support tools for the initiation, execution and evaluation of projects of value to the Community proposed by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), in order to engage within the methodological proposal to organizations responsible for health and safety at work.
