Resumen
Este trabajo se realizó en el invernadero de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias de Palmira, con el propósito de averiguar el efecto del acondicionador sintético y de la materia orgánica en las propiedades físicas de cuatro suelos del Valle del Cauca.
//Abstract starts here. This work was carried out in the greenhouse of the Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias of Palmira, Cauca Valley, Colombia. The purpose was to investigate the effect or one synthetic soil conditioner and two kinds of organic matter, in the physical properties of four soils of the Cauca Valley. Four types of soils were utilized: fluventic haplustoll (soil 1), Paehie haplustoll (soil 2), typic pellustert (soil 3), Petrocalcie natrustalf (soil 4), All of them, with compaction problems, received potassium propenoate propenamide copolymer. The synthetic conditioner was utilized in two forms: two soild quantities and two liquid quantities of it. Also the synthetic conditioner was compared with the two kinds of organic products known as "cachaza" (Sugar milI factory residue) and "gallinaza" (poultry manure) This experiment was developed having a soybean variety (P-32) as an indicator plant, utilizing a completely randomized block design with nine (9) treatments and three (3) replications.
